PET ADDENDUM Lessor agrees to waive the pet restriction of the rental agreement/lease provided that the Lessee/pet owner agrees to and meets the following terms and conditions: 1. Only the pet listed and described below is authorized under this pet agreement. Lessor must approve any changes. 2. Pet will not cause, danger, damages, nuisance, noise, health hazard, soil the apartment, premises, grounds, common areas, walks, parking areas, or landscaping. Lease agrees to clean up after the pet and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damages, injury or actions arising from or caused by Lessee’s pet. 3. Lessee agrees to register pet in accordance with local laws and requirements. 4. Lessee warrants the pet is housebroken. Lessee warrants that the pet has no history of causing physical harm to person or property, such as biting, scratching, chewing, ect… and further warrants that the pet has no vicious history or tendencies. 5. Only common household pets allowed. No reptiles or rodents are allowed. 6. Only one pet is allowed per apartment. 7. THE FOLLOWING DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED: Pit Bulldogs, German Shepherd, Mastiff’s, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, Chows, Alaskan, Malamutes, and Catahoula’s. 8. Weight limit is 30 lbs. 9. Dogs and Cats: Must be controlled at all times. They must be kept on a short leash while in common areas or on the grounds. They must be walking in designated areas only. Barking will not be tolerated in that it is considered to be a nuisance to others. Cat litter must securely bag and disposed of on a frequent basis. Odors arising from cat litter will not be tolerated. When outside, the pet must be on leash accompanied by Lessee at all times. No pets may be left on the patios, balcony or outside the apartment unattended at any time. If there are any fleas in the apartments it will be the residents’ responsibility to have the apartment and/or the surrounding areas exterminated
